Money
Log what you paid. Split it equally, by percentage, by shares, or by exact amounts. The parts always add back up to the total — no cent invented, none lost. Then SplitSpace tells you the fewest payments that clear the house.
SplitSpace works out who owes what down to the cent, rotates the chores so nobody has to keep score, and keeps one shopping list the whole house can see.

What it does
Log what you paid. Split it equally, by percentage, by shares, or by exact amounts. The parts always add back up to the total — no cent invented, none lost. Then SplitSpace tells you the fewest payments that clear the house.
Set a rotation once. When someone marks a chore done, it moves to the next person and schedules itself. Do Tuesday's bins on Thursday and bin day stays Tuesday, because the next date comes from the schedule, not from when you got round to it.
One list, live on everyone's phone. Add milk with a quantity and a unit, tick it off in the shop, and everybody sees who bought what before they buy it twice.
Pricing
Charging four flatmates separately for one shared house is the same product sold four times. We don't do that.

Questions
No. Pro attaches to the house, not to the person who bought it. One member subscribes and every housemate gets the Pro features. If that person leaves, the house keeps Pro until the subscription ends.
No. Unlimited expenses on the free plan — no daily cap, no "you've added three today" wall. That limit is the main reason people go looking for an alternative, so adding one would be absurd.
One purchase unlocks one household. If you run two houses, Pro covers unlimited houses for whichever household you bought it for — a single purchase can't be passed between separate households.
Through your Apple ID, like any App Store subscription: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the renewal; Pro runs to the end of the period you already paid for. The lifetime purchase has nothing to cancel.
Yes, from inside the app: ⋯ menu → Account → Delete account. It erases your profile and every house where you're the only member. Houses you share stay with your housemates, minus you.
No, and no. SplitSpace holds your household's finances; funding it by selling what's in there would be indefensible. It's paid for by the Pro subscription.
